Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority

1. Returns & Replacements — Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible you must:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence showing the defect or damage.
  • Return the product in unused condition, with original packaging and tags (unless the item is defective).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including most pre-order products, limited edition items, clearance/sale items (unless defective), and items clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

3. Process

  2. 2. Our team will evaluate the request and provide return shipping instructions if approved.
  3. 3. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will approve a replacement or refund as applicable.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible; you must follow the return process after delivery (if eligible).

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks and recover costs from the customer if necessary.
