1. Returns & Replacements — Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To be eligible you must:
- • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence showing the defect or damage.
- • Return the product in unused condition, with original packaging and tags (unless the item is defective).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including most pre-order products, limited edition items, clearance/sale items (unless defective), and items clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
3. Process
- 1. Contact support@figuretitans.com with your order ID and evidence.
- 2. Our team will evaluate the request and provide return shipping instructions if approved.
- 3. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will approve a replacement or refund as applicable.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible; you must follow the return process after delivery (if eligible).
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks and recover costs from the customer if necessary.
