3. Shipping Charges

4. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track shipment status on the courier's site.
5. Address Requirements & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. Figure Titans is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional re-shipment charges may apply.
6. International Shipping
International shipping (if offered) may be subject to customs, duties, and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at support@figuretitans.com with your order details. We will assist in filing claims with the courier. Our liability is limited to replacement or refund per the Refund Policy.
